Products: printable PDF files (digital products). No physical item is shipped.

Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. For customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the seller is the site publisher and payment is made in Swiss francs, by card or TWINT. For all other countries, the sale is made with Link (Stripe), acting as merchant of record, which calculates the VAT or sales tax applicable in your country at checkout. Prices are shown in your country's currency, taxes included.

Delivery: your files are available as soon as payment is confirmed, on the thank-you page and through a link sent by email that stays valid. Every order includes all three languages (English, French, German) and two paper sizes (US Letter and A4).

Right of withdrawal: as digital content is delivered immediately, by placing your order you agree that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends and you waive that right, as permitted by applicable law.

Guarantee: if a file won't open, is incomplete or doesn't match its description, write to us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

License: one purchase lets you print the files as many times as you like for personal and family use. Classroom use (up to 30 pupils) requires the classroom license, offered on each kit, with an invoice. Sharing, reselling or uploading the files is not allowed.

Orders: your name, email address and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe to fulfill your order. We never see your card details. We keep your email address and order contents to deliver your files and send them again if needed.

Newsletter: the Mystery Box is offered in exchange for subscribing to our emails, as stated before you submit the form. Your email address is then stored in our database and with our email provider (MailerLite) to send you at most one email a week. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Cart and preferences: your cart, language and currency are stored only in your browser. Statistics: we count page views and where visits come from without cookies; your IP address is never stored, only a scrambled fingerprint that changes every day is used to count visitors. Without your consent, this site uses no advertising cookies (see “Advertising” below).

After a purchase: we may send you a few emails about your order (printing tips, a review request, an idea for another kit). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Gifts: if you give a kit, we use the recipient's first name and email address only to send them their gift and let them find their files again.

Reviews: if you leave a review, it is published with your first name (and your town if you give it), after we check it. Write to us to have it removed.

Unfinished checkout: if you agree to our emails on the payment page and don't complete your order, we send you a single reminder.

Advertising: only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner are Meta and Pinterest measurement tools loaded, to learn which ads brought you here. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights: under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to ….
